By accessing or using Stemwise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2Use of Service
You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you provide. You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3AI Recommendations
Stemwise uses AI services provided by Google for plant analysis and care guidance. When you choose an AI feature, the plant photo or question you provide, relevant plant and care details, recent chat, and optional location or growing context may be sent for analysis. The app asks you to allow AI analysis before sending a request. By selecting "Allow AI analysis and continue," you permit this sharing for the AI feature you use. You can turn AI features off in Profile or, as a native guest, in the scanner. See our Privacy Policy for details. AI results are estimates and suggestions only.

4Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of new terms.
